Since its inception in the fall of 2018 the Risk DC has helped improve the delivery of risk requests through standardized processes, more stringent adherence to our Practice Protection policies, and the specialization of DC resources. This is a remote position with the ability to work at a KPMG office, if desired. What You Will Do Quality Assurance and Operational Effectiveness Oversee quality of work being produced by Risk Delivery Centre staff and provide guidance as necessary; Adhere to the service level agreements/requirements with the business; Ensure effective implementation and monitoring of Risk Delivery Centre policies and processes; Make effective use of technology in the delivery of services; Plan and monitor resource utilization to manage work volume and staffing schedules (overtime, vacation, etc.); Act as Tier 2 support for the Delivery Centre to address service delivery issues arising from the partners and engagement teams; Ensure collaboration across the team; Support a proactive approach to the work; Implement, as well as identify, recommendations for the optimization and efficient operations of the Delivery Centre; Actively identify and define opportunities for standardization and process improvements; Develop subject matter expertise and provide support for the Risk DC technical platforms, including UAT testing. People Management Motivate Delivery Centre team to capitalize on their strengths and improve development areas; Celebrate positive feedback with team; Provide ongoing performance feedback; Facilitate the performance development cycle. What You Bring To The Role A successful candidate will possess the following skills and behaviors: 2-5 years of experience in a large professional services firm or similar environment; Working knowledge of risk policies and compliance, such as Know Your Client (KYC), CEAC, and, Sentinel; Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment and be motivated by the challenges involved with change management; Previous experience working in a high-volume service delivery center, including familiarity with ServiceNow; Demonstrated interpersonal and collaboration skills and the ability to successfully manage key relationships with team members and senior level leadership in a virtual work environment; Demonstrated high attention to detail and the ability to produce high quality deliverables; Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and quickly adapt to a dynamic environment; Experience with the acquisitions process will be considered an asset; Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. This position requires written and oral fluency in English. The successful candidate may be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues or stakeholders while at KPMG. KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information The expected base salary range for this position is $55,000 to $82,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
