TCS' proactive stance on climate change and award-winning work with communities across the world have earned it a place in leading sustainability indices such as the MSCI Global Sustainability Index and the FTSE4Good Emerging Index.Job Description:Role Description:Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Research: Analyze global trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences to understand the market landscape.Data Analysis: Collect and analyze internal and external data, including sales data, company costs, and supply and demand trends.Strategy Development: Formulate and recommend pricing strategies that align with the company’s financial goals, market positioning, and profitability objectives.Forecasting: Use financial forecasting and statistical analysis to predict the impact of pricing decisions on business outcomes.Performance Tracking: Monitor how pricing models are performing, track sales, and analyze revenue to identify areas for improvement or future adjustments.Collaboration: Work with various departments, including sales, finance, and marketing, to gather input and communicate pricing strategies and changes.Reporting: Prepare reports and present analytical insights and recommendations to upper management.Skills NeededAnalytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data.Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of market dynamics, economics, and competitor activities.Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills to convey complex data and strategies clearly.Technical Skills: Proficiency with data analysis software, such as Excel, and potentially other pricing and business intelligence tools.
