Impact You’ll Make Lead product quality maintenance for Annual Product Quality Reviews Lead product quality maintenance for Change Controls Lead product quality maintenance for Product Investigations Implement product and/or process improvements as part of continuous quality improvement Determine product batch disposition Determine corrections and corrective/preventive actions and support related activities Support Scrum meetings, including KPI and PBI monitoring/escalations Support Quality Management System maintenance Be on‑call if batch releases are required during weekends or extended holidays Note: This is not an exhaustive listing but represents the main tasks supporting LATAM/Canada Your Skills and Expertise Required qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a health or engineering discipline (verified prior to start) and three (3) years of quality experience Additional qualifications that could help you succeed Experience with Drugs and/or Natural Health Products quality Master’s degree in microbiology from an accredited institution Three (3) years of Medical Device quality role Bilingual in French and English (French and English speaking required) Background in microbiology ISO 13485 Lead Auditor Skills include good team building, critical mindset on regulatory/standards attributes, risk escalation perceptiveness, problem solving Proficiency with MS Excel, Minitab, SAP Professional certification such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) through American Society for Quality (ASQ) is preferred Work Location Halton, Ontario Hybrid Eligibility Job duties allow for some remote work but require travel to the Distribution Centre near Halton, Ontario as needed Travel May include up to 10% domestic/international Relocation Assistance May be authorized Legal Authorization Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status Supporting Your Well‑Being Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
