Our Finance team is currently looking for an Accounting Technician Your day-to-day In charge of bank reconciliations In charge of all customers’ payments applications Review and monitor customers portal (disputes, refunds, etc) Customers collection Prepare and maintain the following month‑end backups, such as accruals, prepaids, fixed asset and amortization schedules, intangible asset and amortization schedules, etc. Prepare Sales Tax declarations Assist the Assistant‑controller with various month‑end reports such as: cost analysis, A/R analysis, reports for management, etc. Prepare interim and year‑end documents for the external auditors Perform ad hoc assignments as required Your Qualifications DEC in Accounting Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position Proficient in Microsoft Excel Experience using an accounting ERP software (Netsuite and/or D365 F&O is an asset) Bilingual (Fluent in English is a must) Nice‑to‑haves Being autonomous, dynamic and resourceful Working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines Organization and time management Being detail‑oriented Teamwork Life at Stingray A cool office in Montreal & a hybrid work policy Share purchase plan (with a contribution from Stingray) Access to virtual healthcare Stingray café with breakfasts and snacks offered every day Free fitness classes offered weekly Access to private nutrition & wellness advising Free language classes Summer hours Milestones celebrated with our loyalty program 5@7 and vibrant social events And much more Montreal‑based Stingray Group is a leading music, media and technology company with over 1,200 employees worldwide.
