The Opportunity The sales associate reports to the Store Manager and guarantees a consistently high customer experience within the Store, per Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards. Your Daily Adventures Assist with the store’s visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards. Develop a full understanding of computer systems to ring transactions and perform other functions, such as merchandise transfers and order fulfillment. Protect store assets and inventory by being aware of loss prevention procedures and reporting any violations to a supervisor. Employ an authentic approach to clienteling and building long‑term relationships with customers with a focus on building sales. Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customers’ phone numbers and e‑mail addresses. Assist with all other duties as required by store management. Your Toolkit Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.
