In this role, you will manage animal care operations and provide essential support to the public regarding animal welfare. Your experience in animal care will ensure proper shelter practices, mentoring both volunteers and staff. Each day, you will help animals thrive through dedicated guidance and care.
Key Responsibilities
• Interface with the public on animal care inquiries
• Manage administration and record-keeping tasks
• Support care decisions alongside the Centre Manager
• Vaccinate shelter animals and maintain health data
• Implement enrichment programs for animals in care
Requirements:
• Experience in animal care is essential
• Certification or diploma in a relevant field required
• Six months of supervisory experience preferred
• Valid G driver's license needed
