Role Overview / Purpose We are searching for another golden nugget to join our lean team. Reporting to the Vice President, IT, this individual executes on our Digital Transformation program by implementing our established roadmap as it relates to our ERP environment. This will be an expert across SAP systems (S/4 Hana RISE) with a strong skillset and experience across FICO, MM, PM, PS modules, data governance, and the associated lines of business. The ideal candidate combines deep SAP S/4 Hana expertise with strong business acumen, leadership, and project management capabilities to ensure ERP solutions align with business strategy and deliver measurable positive outcomes. Primary Responsibilities Working alongside and guiding business units (mine sites) to enhance business processes, continuous improvement initiatives, optimization, data governance, and automation across our ERP landscape. Execute the ERP roadmap as aligned with site requirements and company digital transformation initiatives. Develop and execute plans around security controls, data governance, and classification. Govern ERP architecture, change management, and system adoption across all business units. Lead small teams consisting of internal and external resources. Define and execute detailed project plans for ERP roadmap alignment. Lead evaluations for upgrades, integrations, and adoption of new SAP functionalities (e.g., embedded analytics, AI/ML) as driven by business requirements. Own the delivery of multiple concurrent projects within the ERP transformation program. Develop and implement metrics that demonstrate ongoing compliance, adoption, and the return on investment of ERP technology investments. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification. SAP module certification (preferably Certified Associate FI or PM modules). Proven experience in managing full‑lifecycle ERP implementations (SAP Activate methodology preferred). 7+ years of experience in data governance, master data management, or related roles. Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA and core modules (FI/CO, MM, PM, PS). Proven experience in developing and implementing enterprise‑wide data governance strategies. Strong understanding of data quality principles, data security, and compliance frameworks. Deep knowledge of business process design, integration, and optimization. Working familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR (plus). Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate (plus). #J-18808-Ljbffr
