Loblaw has adopted the following hybrid working model (a combination of working between the office and remotely). Colleagues can work remotely up to 1 day a week, while spending the other 4 days in the office (to be determined by each business unit). Role Mandate This role supports the Production studio with both packaging and marketing asset creation. Responsibilities include assisting with marketing materials (Signage, website, social media, and digital content) and Control brand packaging, all while adhering to banner and brand guidelines. The position also involves studio coordination, including project tracking, triage, and reporting, as well as the development, coordination, and execution of Brand Standards documents and workflow circulation tools. What You'll Do Prepare artwork for approvals, ensuring the proper use of print specifications, dielines, Project Listing Information, design, final copy, and brand standards. Ensure Artwork meets specifications from the print vendor, working to ensure artwork is compatible with the specific printing process in use for each project. Address all comments and concerns from external and internal departments to complete final artwork. Collaborate with Designers, Re-touchers, Editorial and Proofreaders, and Product teams, as required to achieve project objectives. Review and follow-up to resolve missing information from executional briefs, print specifications, dielines, Project Listing Information, design, final copy, where information is missing, questionable, or if clarification is required. Work within the Loblaw workflow, ensuring necessary tasks are completed at the correct interval and completed properly, to maintain the integrity of the workflow. Interact with various Loblaw databases and systems for retrieving and updating Artwork information, including digital file system. Role Requirements Post-Secondary Education or equivalent experience Adobe Creative Cloud 2025 Excellent interpersonal communication skills (Verbal & Written) Design knowledge and layout through to final production An understanding of technical requirements for different final deliveries, a knowledge of printing, prepress and digital processes. Superior knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
