Representing XTM’s full suite of products with a strong focus on Flowfit, the selected candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a sales strategy to grow XTM’s presence in CanadaDrive new logo acquisition through proactive prospecting, outreach and relationship‑buildingRepresent XTM products at industry events, tradeshows, conferences, and customer meetingsCollaborate closely with our Sales Engineering team, who will support with product demos and technical expertiseManage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closingMaintain an active pipeline, accurate forecasting, and regular reportingBuild and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and enterprise clientsStay up to date on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needsQualificationsExperience in Translation Management Systems, or Localization Technology industry is a huge assetStrong hunter mentality with a track record of driving new businessPerfectly bilingual in English and FrenchExcellent communication, negotiation and presentation skillsAbility to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast‑paced environmentMust beavailable to travel for client meetings, conferences, and tradeshowsWhat You Can ExpectBeyond a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits designed to support your life and career, including:Flexible work arrangements, with options for remote and hybrid setups (location‑dependent)Professional development, with access to international opportunities and career advancement programsContinuous learning, powered by top‑tier tools, training resources, and industry expertiseBenefits may vary by location — your Talent Partner will provide full details during the hiring process.Everyone Belongs at XTMAt XTM, we design experiences that reflect and include the full spectrum of people we serve — and that begins with our own team.
