Our WSIB rehabilitation program focuses on functional recovery, safety, and return‑to‑work readiness for injured workers requiring in‑home services. Role Summary We are seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to deliver in‑home WSIB rehabilitation services under a structured, block‑funded model. This role is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy, professional clients, and clear service parameters. Compensation Model WSIB services are funded in treatment blocks, and compensation is provided per completed visit, inclusive of documentation. Visit numbers, block type, and expectations are confirmed before services begin. Key Responsibilities Complete in‑home OT assessments for WSIB clients Deliver functional, goal‑oriented interventions Address ADLs, IADLs, safety, and environmental risks Develop measurable treatment goals aligned with WSIB funding Educate clients and caregivers Complete WSIB‑compliant documentation within timelinesRecommend discharge or transition when goals are met Collaborate with RN assessors and interdisciplinary team members Qualifications Registered Occupational Therapist in good standing with COTO Minimum 3 years clinical experience Community, rehab, or return‑to‑work experience preferred Strong documentation and time management skills Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes Reliable transportation Why Work With Us Nurse‑led organization with strong clinical governance Clear visit limits and expectations Professional WSIB‑funded client population Flexible scheduling Admin support for coordination and billing Flexible work from home options available. #J-18808-Ljbffr
