Come find out what all the buzz is aboutRole OverviewWe are seeking an exceptional Senior Game Economy Designer with a proven track record in casino game economies to own and shape the financial heartbeat of our titles. This role is critical to the success of our products, balancing creative design with mathematical precision to craft engaging, sustainable, and profitable game economies.The ideal candidate is both a strategist and a hands-on designer — someone who can design complex virtual economies, model them with precision, and adjust them dynamically based on real player data. You’ll be a key driver in optimizing monetization, retention, and engagement while ensuring the player experience remains fair, exciting, and rewarding.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the game economy design across multiple titles, with a special focus on casino-style gameplay.Collaborate closely with game design, product, and data teams to define and balance virtual economies, in-game products, and reward systems.Analyze player behavior, spending patterns, and feedback to iteratively refine and optimize the economy.Define pricing strategies, key price points, and sales tactics that maximize revenue without compromising player satisfaction.Build and maintain detailed economy models, spreadsheets, and flow diagrams to forecast and simulate changes before implementation.Partner with data science teams to ensure accurate tracking, dashboards, and insights to support economic health.Propose and design new features or live events to improve engagement, retention, and monetization.Present economy performance, forecasts, and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, data-driven manner.Conduct and analyze playtests to validate assumptions and improve the player journey.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise5+ years of experience in game economy design, with at least 2 years in casino or social casino games.Proven expertise in balancing complex virtual economies, features, and pricing strategies in free-to-play mobile games.Deep understanding of player motivations, behavioral economics, and monetization psychology.Exceptional analytical skills with advanced proficiency in creating economy models, forecasting tools, and simulations.Strong understanding of key casino game mechanics (bingo, slots, etc.) and their unique economy challenges.Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex economic concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.Working at TripledotMedical, Dental and Vision through Canada LifeLife InsuranceShort and Long Term DisabilityWealthsimple RRSP and Company MatchConsult+ (Virtual Health) #J-18808-Ljbffr
