Senior Game Economy Designer Amber is seeking a Senior Game Economy Designer to craft engaging, token‑based economies across our Web3 portfolio—from NFT collections to in‑game currencies. The role is critical to driving player engagement and business success. About the role We are looking for a specialist in Web3 game economies. You will influence multiple products, design deep economy systems, and help shape how players interact with token mechanics. The Job As a senior game economy designer at Amber, you will have a significant impact on a diverse range of world‑class game projects. You will mentor junior designers and lead the economy design discipline. The Quest Play a senior economy design role on several projects. Design meta‑game systems, monetization mechanics, content balancing, and more. Leverage modelling, testing, and metrics to refine your work. Collaborate with designers, artists, and programmers to turn ideas into reality. Mentor and provide feedback to junior team members. Pitch creative ideas for new features and projects. The Skills 7+ years of experience as a game economy designer or equivalent. Expert knowledge of free‑to‑play economy and monetization fundamentals. Advanced understanding of game metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Proven experience mentoring junior team members.
