Our client is looking for an Intermediate Project Coordinator with strong documentation and Excel skills to support a variety of critical projects using a PPM tracking tool (Planview)

*This role is 100% remote*

Must Haves:
  1. 5+ years' experience as a Project Coordinator
  2. Must be familiar working with charters, schedules, budgets, reports, change requests, decision records, risk and issue logs, and closure reports
  3. Well-versed in Excel and MS Office suite
  4. Experience using a PPM tool such as Planview, Primavera, MS Project
Nice to Have:
  1. Project Coordinator certificate or equivalent
A typical day:

Acts as administrative point of contact for Project or Program

Assists in the maintenance of project document templates according to PMO document management standards

Supports Project Manager by creating and maintaining all project documents including but not limited to charters, schedules, budgets, reports, change requests, decision records, risk and issue logs, and closure reports

Supports Project Manager by maintaining all project data in the project management system, as well as protocols and processes to manage data accuracy and integrity

Assists in creation and distribution of reports and dashboards to report on portfolio health including project progress, resource capacity and defined Key Performance Indicators

Assists with analyzing project data and producing insights

Assists in updating and maintaining project management systems, documentation and reports while suggesting recommendations to improve efficiency
