If you thrive on details and are eager to contribute to a meaningful cause, this is your chance to shine Key Responsibilities Execute bi‑weekly payroll with pinpoint accuracy, manage payroll data, conduct thorough audits, and ensure compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements. Maintain and assist in updates to the payroll system to enhance efficiency. Provide total rewards support—partner with Compensation and Benefits Specialist to administer benefits and retirement schemes. Deliver exceptional service to managers and employees, resolving payroll inquiries and collaborating with HR. What You Bring to the Table A university degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of payroll processing experience with a strong emphasis on Canadian payroll. In‑depth knowledge of payroll regulations across Canada and proficiency in payroll systems. Bilingual in English and French (required).
