Are you a talented specialist in Marketing with experience in Product Management? Ecolab Canada’s largest division, Institutional, has an opening for a Product Marketing Specialist who will support marketing initiatives within market segments linked to Foodservice, Hospitality and Long‑term care facilities customers, supporting product lines/programs or segments. The position will work on product launches and product life cycle management within the B2B markets. This is a hybrid position – working at the Mississauga head office 2 days a week, the remainder of the time will be working at home. What’s In It For You Thrive in a company that values sustainability and drives a safety‑focused culture Work in a company that has been recognized as one of the most ethical companies in the world Carve out a long‑term career path in sales, management and marketing Primary Responsibilities Manage product launches and full‑cycle product management - experience in product management required Conduct analysis to support development of annual plans Contribute to product lifecycle management and innovation in business, working closely with the Marketing Manager Build effective relationships with US (head office) counterparts and cross‑functional team members Run day‑to‑day marketing operations: pricing, product setup… Assist with sales collateral (edit, contribute, disseminate) Respond to field relating to marketing strategies, and gather voice of business Complete ongoing business analytics to drive promotional activities, business plan changes, customer support actions Demonstrate digital strategy expertise and extensive financial acumen using systems, processes and technologies to execute sales activation activities Research and track competitive activities within the Canadian marketplace Key national trade show facilitation leadership and support Additional marketing duties as required Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required Proficiency in both French and English preferred. Three to five years of professional B2B marketing experience. Field sales experience would be considered an asset.
