Westport Dental is a modern dental practice located in Suter Brook Village near Inlet Centre Station in Port Moody, BC. Our team, led by Dr. Melissa Erasmus, provides high‑quality dental care in a welcoming environment. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including general and preventive dentistry, cosmetic treatments, oral surgery, Invisalign®, and personalized pediatric care. Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Practice Manager role located in Port Moody, BC. The Practice Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the clinic runs efficiently while delivering exceptional patient experiences. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, supervising staff, maintaining compliance with health regulations, supporting patient care, handling financial oversight, customer service, inventory management, and staff training. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations Manage staff schedules and performance Ensure compliance with health regulations and dental practice standards Collaborate with dental professionals to support patient care Handle financial oversight, budgeting, and billing systems Maintain inventory and supply chain Deliver excellent customer service and patient relationship management Train and develop staff Qualifications Strong organizational, time‑management, and administrative skills Experience in team leadership, staff supervision, and training Knowledge of dental practice management software and operational procedures Customer‑service orientation and patient relationship skills Financial management, including budgeting and billing systems Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced clinical environment Prior experience in a healthcare or dental setting preferred Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Consulting, Information Technology, and Sales (Note: primary focus on dental practice management) #J-18808-Ljbffr
