Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Practice Manager role located in Port Moody, BC. The Practice Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the clinic runs efficiently while delivering exceptional patient experiences. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, supervising staff, maintaining compliance with health regulations, and collaborating with dental professionals to support patient care. The role also involves financial oversight, customer service, inventory management, and staff training.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, time management, and administrative skills
  • Experience in team leadership, staff supervision, and training
  • Knowledge of dental practice management software and operational procedures
  • Customer service and patient relationship management skills
  • Financial management, including budgeting and handling billing systems
  • Knowledge of compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Prior experience in a healthcare or dental setting is preferred
