Requirements As a Nurse Practitioner at Sprout, you'll be at the heart of a truly unique healthcare experience, working in a practice that combines a love for family-centered care with a fresh team-based approach to wellness. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team of specialists, including physical and occupational therapists, counselors, speech and language pathologists, and nurses to ensure each family receives holistic, comprehensive support. In this role, you'll be a trusted guide for families, providing compassionate and personalized primary care for children and parents alike, addressing both immediate concerns and supporting their health longevity. We're looking for: A Registered Nurse Practitioner. This role is based in Victoria, BC, and does require some time in our clinic (which is beautiful and well-equipped), but has a high degree of flexibility to deliver both virtual and in-person care. We'll help the right candidate relocate to Victoria if needed A solid foundation in primary care, with experience supporting patients across a wide range of health needs. You have a deep understanding of best practices in primary care, ensuring top-quality care and continuity for each patient. Passion and knowledge in pediatrics. You have dedicated experience working with children, understanding the nuances of pediatric care, and tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of young patients. You are skilled at engaging with children and their families, creating a warm, supportive atmosphere. Outstanding communication skills. You excel at listening to understand and clear and compassionate communication, adapting seamlessly whether you're educating patients, coordinating with colleagues, or documenting care plans.
