Dynacare is inviting applications for the Customer Care Representative role. In this role you will support our Dynacare Plus contact centre by responding to calls, emails and social media inquiries to meet service level targets and enhance the overall customer experience. Details Contract type: Full time, 12 months Shift: Day Shift, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (37.5 hours per week) Discipline: Customer Service Digital Health Solutions Work style: Hybrid – Ottawa or Brampton office Start date: As soon as possible Internal posting expires on: November 10, 2025 Benefits Top Employer award‑winning environment Health and wellness benefits program RRSP match and employee stock purchase program Internal mobility opportunities Diverse and collaborative workforce Responsibilities Receive and process calls and written correspondence professionally and courteously. Ensure effective, customer‑centric communication with internal and external clients. Make outbound telephone contacts as required. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve requests promptly. Perform data entry and update master files and patient demographics. Liaise with departments to resolve inquiries. Document and solve incoming problems and complaints. Monitor and address social media inquiries and complaints. Qualifications Completion of secondary‑school education. Call centre experience an asset. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). Excellent communication in both official languages. Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment. Customer‑centric mindset and problem‑solving skills. Nice to Have Knowledge of AS400 Operating System. Experience with Omnitech, CISCO Call Center platforms, or medical terminology.
