Job ID: 279732Store Name/Number: NS-Halifax Shopping Centre (0556)Address: 7001 Mumford Road, Halifax, NS B3L 4N9, CanadaFull Time/Part Time: Full TimePosition Type: RegularVacancy Status: This position is for an existing, open vacancy Responsibilities Manage the People and Operations aspects of a specific Sephora store location, supporting staffing, zoning, beauty advisor training and education, onboarding of new advisors, store scheduling, and overall execution of Sephora operation standards within the store. Talent Champion: Conduct final interviews for all key positions and utilize the online applicant tracking system to source, select, and hire candidates. Training & Development: Manage all training‑related functions within the store in conjunction with the Store Director and Education partners to develop and execute the store’s ongoing training strategy. Performance Assessment & Development: Write and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports in a complete and timely manner, oversee the process for the entire store, and provide timely feedback for improvement. Operational Excellence: Lead the operations of the store, ensuring execution of all operations‑focused processes and managing inventory, shipping, receiving, returns, cycle counting, and compliance with company guidelines. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrate strong understanding of the store’s sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses. Qualifications Two to four years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels. Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service. Physical Requirements Work in a fragrance‑filled environment. Lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Bend and stretch to stock shelves. Compensation The compensation ranges between CAD$54,800.00 – CAD$68,500.00. In addition, you may be eligible for performance‑based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition. The final pay offered will depend on the qualifications and experience of the individual and other legitimate business factors.
