Assist with the maintenance and installation of passive seismic monitoring stations throughout Alberta. What we’re looking for in you: Currently enrolled in the Bachelor’s degree program in Geophysics or a related field. Strong understanding of seismological concepts and ability to apply them on various research topics. Strong programming skills in Copilot scripting, MATLAB, and/or Python. Foundational understanding of passive seismic monitoring networks, with familiarity in seismometers, accelerometers, and basic electronics.
