About the Role The Financial Analyst provides financial analyses, compilation, evaluation and reporting capacity providing timely and useful expenditure information, as well as developing financial modelling programs/systems and projects. Work as a Financial Analyst involves professional accounting responsibilities crossing a broad range of work. Activities include the development, maintenance, monitoring and reporting of the administrative budget for WCB; formulation and/or analysis of various budgets relating to projects and new cost centres; providing financial advice to other managers throughout the WCB; the preparation of administrative expenses for interim and annual audited financial statements. Your Experience & Skills A university degree in Business with a major in Finance or Accounting, and a professional accounting designation, /or working toward designation; plus, two years experience in an accounting/financial environment.
