What You Will Be Doing Design and Deliver Full-Stack Features: Drive user stories from conception to production; clarify specifications, architect scalable systems, implement backend and frontend logic, conduct rigorous testing, and deploy to live environments. Diagnose and Resolve Bugs: Perform root cause investigations, address underlying issues (rather than surface symptoms), and prevent regressions through intelligent testing strategies. Elevate Code Quality Standards: Assess plans and pull requests to enforce clarity, simplicity, and correctness, preventing technical debt from entering the codebase. Basic Requirements A minimum of 4 years of experience developing production code for both frontend and backend of web applications (any framework). Proven ownership: Documented experience owning entire modules, product features, or teams, beyond merely contributing isolated tasks.
