Application Support Analyst – Treasury Quanteam, a consulting firm in Banking, Finance and Financial Services, seeks an Application Support Analyst specialized in Treasury for an investment bank in Montreal. Responsibilities Provide 1st and 2nd line “trade floor” support for Capital Markets Products, including Commercial Paper, Bonds, Loans & Deposits, and Swaps. Support Treasury trading systems such as Kondor, Orchestrade, Internal Bank Applications and Control M. Deliver functional and technical assistance to users worldwide: correct pricing of instruments, platform administration, STP issues handling. Participate in the 24x7 on‑call rota when required and adhere to internal policies and procedures. Manage customer relations with internal and external users, and assist business or technical analysts. Collaborate on projects as needed: assist project managers, write test scripts for releases, track time and resources, and maintain documentation. Qualifications 2‑3 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Experience with KONDOR and supporting a live trading environment. Technical support experience for Fixed Income desks within an investment bank. Strong collaboration skills with project teams and users. General understanding of financial markets and products, especially Fixed Income & Rates. Knowledge of Capital Markets systems and products; Unix, SQL, Kondor+, Orchestrade (Nice to Have).
