We are seeking a passionate and energetic Junior Sous Chef who is ready to take the next step in their culinary career. This role is predominantly focused on overseeing and leading the production kitchen, while also providing service support when required. You will play a key role in maintaining standards, developing junior team members, and supporting the culinary leadership team in daily operations. Are you excited to support the Sous Chef in overseeing daily production kitchen operations while maintaining quality and consistency?
