Key Responsibilities
• Greet and inform patients about the collection process
• Conduct phlebotomies and ECG procedures
• Perform specialized test collections with documentation
• Maintain relationships with clients, handling inquiries
• Prepare specimens for further testing and transport
Requirements:
• Completion of a Laboratory Assistant program preferred
• Experience in phlebotomy and ECG procedures an asset
• Strong communication and typing skills required
• Proven customer service skills in stressful situations
