Job Details If you’re compassionate, analytical, and possess strong customer‑service skills, we invite you to join our Auto Claims team. What You’ll Do Represent TD Insurance as an Auto Claims Advisor and facilitate and coordinate claims from start to finish. Regardless of location, you’ll impact customers, grow your skills, and thrive in a culture of care. Make an Impact Support customer claims from start to finish: arrange towing, set up appraisals, and explain coverage. Gather, organize, and verify required information and documentation. Reconcile estimates from vendors to ensure appropriate settlements. Maintain file count and open/close ratio to support team productivity. Collaborate with internal partners, stakeholders, and external vendors such as Enterprise and repair shops. Experience Growth Research coverage scenarios and apply knowledge to claim files. Demonstrate customer‑centric strategy and contribute to TD Insurance Group deliverables. Cultivate our Culture of Care Greet and welcome customers at TD Auto Centres. Apply non‑biased, appropriate methods for unique cases to achieve fair settlements. Communicate clear processing requirements, maintain detailed notes, and provide timely updates. Contribute to a positive work environment as a team member. Job Requirements What You Need to Succeed Preferred: one or more years of claims adjusting experience; applicants without claims experience welcome. Postsecondary education an asset. Excellent customer service skills, dedicated to meeting/exceeding expectations. Superior time management; thrives in a fast‑paced, competing‑priority environment. Proven ability to negotiate positive outcomes when possible. Clear, professional written and verbal communication and active listening. Strong investigative skills; analyses evidence, identifies gaps or discrepancies. Support for company process improvements. Active pursuit of CIP designation or other relevant continuing education preferred. Provincial claims licensing may be required.
