We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Reporting Analyst to support quarterly reporting activities, variance analysis, and process improvements for Client subsidiaries. The role involves preparing and reviewing MD&A and footnote disclosures, compiling cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy in GAAP reporting, and contributing to automation initiatives using SAP and Alteryx.Job Responsibilities:Draft quarterly MD&A and footnote disclosures for Client subsidiaries, referencing MS 10-Q/K and peer filingsCompile and validate the statement of cash flows in collaboration with data providersResearch and document variance drivers to ensure GAAP reporting accuracyReview due diligence, governance, and attestation frameworks; establish new controls as neededProvide support for general ledger and month-end close processesAssist with ongoing improvement projects within the finance functionSupport execution of senior management directivesContribute to automation and technology enhancements in SAP and AlteryxRequired Skills:Background in Accounting or FinanceExternal reporting experience and/or public accounting exposureStrong analytical and documentation skillsFamiliarity with general ledger and financial close processesSelf-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervisionPreferred Skills:Experience with SAP and AlteryxKnowledge of SEC filings and GAAP accounting standardsExposure to financial services or banking industryEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldEmail ID * This field is required Please enter valid emailId.Cell phone * This field is required Please enter valid cell phone.First Name * This field is required Please enter valid first name.Last Name * This field is required Please enter valid last name. #J-18808-Ljbffr
