Account Representative

You’ll use your excellent customer service skills and proactive approach to take charge of clients’ needs. Your role Open commercial files and assist clients with a variety of transactions Perform checks and analyses to ensure the accuracy of transactions Establish and maintain effective communication with the various partners involved in files (account managers, treasury managers, legal advisors, etc.) Devise solutions that are tailored to client needs Develop lasting business relationships with clients by providing exceptional service Work with the team to continuously improve administrative processes and tools Your team Working in the Western Canada Agriculture Team, you’ll be part of a large team that stands out for its exceptional level of collaboration. You will help support the team at our Winnipeg location in a hybrid role. In addition to maintaining client relationships and carrying out a variety of tasks, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills through training, hands‑on learning, and discussions with experts in your group.
