Discount program for restaurants, gyms, shopping, etc. Summary & Responsibilities A Supply Chain Coordinator reports to the Team Leader, Supply Planning or Manager, Supply Planning and is responsible for: Detailed master planning of fresh baked goods and frozen SKUs, short‑ and long‑term. Maintaining key KPI levels such as fill rate and inventory targets. Collaborating with logistics, finance, manufacturing, procurement, and product life‑management teams. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives in a fast‑paced environment. Primary Responsibilities Manage supply chain activities on weekends and holidays for the fresh/frozen business. Troubleshoot breakdowns, carrier issues, and capacity shortages. Lead daily calls to keep manufacturing on track. Coordinate production changes between sites. Monitor and maintain key KPIs, including a fill rate of 98.5 %. Create transport plans for future sales days. Review returnable packaging inventory. Build relationships with manufacturing sites and logistics partners. Respond to requests from manufacturing, customer experience, distribution centers, transport, and sales. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. About You Enrolled in a recognized university or college (Engineering, Science, Supply Chain, Statistics, or Mathematics). 1 year of related work experience or equivalent co‑op/internship. Understanding of basic supply chain principles (forecasting, inventory control, logistics). Experience with SAP and TMS preferred. Advanced Excel skills. Ability to work on weekends and holidays.
