Job SummaryCustomer Experience Associate position in our branch located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. This part‑time role requires approximately 15 hours per week. Pay ranges from $22.00 to $27.21 CAD per hour, based on experience and skills.ResponsibilitiesProcess financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments in accordance with TD’s operating procedures and Code of Conduct.Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions while exercising discretion with confidential matters.Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non‑standard issues when necessary.Achieve business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and promptly.Build positive relationships with customers, providing clear advice on banking solutions and processes.Contribute to a diverse, equitable work environment by supporting team effectiveness and participating in performance development.Assist colleagues by maintaining clear communication on routine activity status.Recommend operational improvements to enhance customer experience and operational excellence.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of relevant experience.Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.Strong administrative, organizational, planning and time‑management skills for a fast‑paced environment.Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.Initiative, accuracy and attention to detail in handling multiple tasks and changing priorities.Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, to interact calmly, courteously and effectively with diverse customers.Additional InformationTD is fully committed to providing fair and equitable compensation opportunities, and to fostering a supportive, inclusive workplace.
