Lead HVAC Installer – Right Time Group of Companies (Right Time Heating and Air Conditioning) We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and career‑focused HVAC Lead Installer to perform onsite installation and service of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will provide a five‑star experience while meeting all technical standards and promoting product knowledge. What Will You Do Ensure customer HVAC equipment meets or exceeds the Technical Standards & Safety Authority’s codes and municipal building codes. Follow all Energy Star installation and service procedures. Educate customers on proper care, maintenance, and the benefits of efficient HVAC equipment. Perform general and specific equipment inspections. Maintain a clean, fully stocked vehicle. Promote products and services on every call. Never sell a repair the customer does not need. Provide a five‑star experience on every call and rectify issues before leaving the customer’s home. Request online reviews from satisfied customers. Education / Experience / Skills Minimum of 3 years recent HVAC installation or service experience with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers, water heaters including tankless heaters. Strong technical and customer‑service skills, proven in current and previous roles. Must hold a Gas Technician license. Valid driver’s license with a clean record. Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder. Accountable and responsible personality with a positive, can‑do attitude. Ability to work efficiently within a team to install and commission HVAC elements. Excellent customer service skills. Benefits Competitive compensation. Additional incentive earnings available.
