This is a full-time position reporting into our Calgary head office. This is a fast-paced, deadline-driven role that requires superb organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.As a Refined Product Marketer at Tidewater Midstream & Infrastructure Ltd., you will play a key role in driving diesel and gasoline sales directly to customers from both our Prince George Refinery and our Prince George Renewable Diesel facility. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our diesel and gasoline fuel products and expand our customer base. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a reputable oil and gas company while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential customers in the refined products industry in Western Canada.Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase diesel and gasoline sales, with a focus on targeting businesses and industries in Western Canada, particularly in British Columbia.Identify and engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and establish a robust customer base for refined products.Devise and implement promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and incentives to drive sales and meet revenue targets.Develop and implement strategies to position our refined products effectively in the market.Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of refined products.Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of product positioning with overall company goals.Identify key customer segments and tailor marketing strategies to address their specific needs.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create compelling and informative content for various channels, including websites, social media, and industry publications.Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives.Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics and present findings to relevant stakeholders.Ideal CandidateQualifications/Skills:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.5-10 years proven experience in refined product marketing.Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.Competencies:Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.Ability to work independently and remotely, with a willingness to travel as needed.Knowledge of the fuel industry and related regulations is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools.Employee BenefitsCompensation:We offer a competitive compensation package including an attractive base salary, short-term and long-term incentive plans.Comp Range: $125,000 - $130,000Employee Benefits:Tidewater offers a comprehensive benefit package, designed to prioritize the well-being of you and your family.
