Territory Manager (Full Time) - Winnipeg, MBPrimary Purpose:The Territory Manager will be responsible for generating sales within an assigned territory of existing & new accounts in Dryden and surrounding region. The individual in this position will be accountable for achieving quota by prospecting new customers and growing existing relationships.Key Accountabilities:Promotes sales and provides account service to assigned and potential customers Focuses on sales quota, new business development & maintaining customer relationships Contacts existing accounts and cold calls (onsite & phone) potential targets Responsible for gross profit improvement and securing new business Improves the profitability of existing accounts by fully understanding value propositions Supports and implements marketing plans, promotions and new product launches Secures long term relationship by negotiating product supply agreements Accountable for providing complete and accurate account set-up and pricing data Maintain list of target accounts by generates and qualifying new business leads Conducts competitive intelligence Demonstrates products to new account customersQualificationsEducation:High School Diploma/GED preferredUndergrad Degree is preferredExperience:Prefer 3+ years Outside Sales experienceIndustrial gas experience is preferred but not requiredWelding experience is preferred but not requiredKnowledge / Skills / AbilitiesPrior sales success Defined sales process Oil & Gas industry is a plus Must possess a valid G class driver’s license Sign-on / Retention bonus availableLinde has an extensive background check process which may include but is not limited to, a criminal background review, driver’s license and abstract review, reference checks, and employment verification.Linde Canada Inc. is committed to providing accommodations for people with disabilities.
