Job Overview Organization: EUI, Electricity Operations, Regulatory AffairsJob ID: 15976Location: Edmonton, Alberta, CanadaClosing Date: January 18, 2026Position Title: Coordinator, Regulatory FilingWeekly Hours of Work: 40Business Unit: Electricity Operations Responsibilities Ensure the delivery of optimal results against specified performance metrics for maintaining internal document management systems and processes Coordinate submission of regulatory filings on behalf of various EPCOR business units to the regulator (including AUC and Ontario Energy Board), ensuring submissions are accurate, completed on time and are in the company’s best interests Liaise with external parties such as the AUC, external legal counsel and other utilities, and manage records with legal counsel representatives and the AUC Records Centre Manage regulatory historical data archives; conduct regulatory research related to past proceedings and submissions Participate in the NRCan grant application process, including authorship of sections within Full Project Proposals and, if applicable, the Due Diligence process Ensure policy, procedure and work practice adherence and compliance; ensure all filings, reports and submissions meet the regulator’s requirements Provide general administrative support to the Regulatory Affairs & Business Planning team; manage the Regulatory Affairs calendar and meeting schedules Prepare Electricity Services’ Cost Claim Applications including narrative and supporting schedules and analysis of supporting cost information Prepare specified sections and components of EDTI Tariff Applications, including coordination of narrative sections and supporting schedules Qualifications Degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university 5+ years of directly related administrative and records management experience Expertise in MS Office (SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SharePoint administration experience is preferred Ability to understand the technical position requirements such as regulatory document control and quality assurance Ability to solve problems and prioritize meeting overlapping deadlines Ability to build strong and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders Experience with regulatory documentation, Alberta Statutes and Commission Rules and policies Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage confidential records Strong communication and presentation skills Other Important Facts About This Job A requirement of working for EPCOR is that you are at least 18 years of age, have successfully attained a high school diploma (GED, or equivalent level of secondary education) and are legally entitled to work in Canada. If considered for the position, clearance on all applicable background checks (criminal, identity, educational, and/or credit) and professional reference checks is required. A technical/practical assessment may be administered during the selection process and will be used as part of the selection criterion.
