L’équipe de l’Administration des valeurs mobilières d’IPC prend de l’expansion Nous sommes à la recherche d’un ou d’une spécialiste des services de traitement spécialisé – une personne qui peut offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel et soutenir nos conseillers et conseillères afin que les opérations soient traitées avec minutie et dans les délais impartis.

Fonctions du ou de la spécialiste des services aux conseillers et conseillères, traitement spécialisé

  • Travailler avec les bureaux des conseillers et conseillères pour offrir des conseils, indiquer les exigences en matière de documents et traiter les opérations demandées dans les comptes clients
  • À titre de spécialiste en produits des comptes enregistrés, s’occuper du règlement de successions, des demandes de crédit, des demandes de désimmobilisation, des opérations en cas de difficultés financières, des retraits de RAP, des opérations concernant les REEE, REEI, CELI, CELIAPP et FRR/FRV
  • Exécuter les opérations de substitution en lot de fonds communs de placement
  • Corriger les données des comptes clients, comme les cotisations et les feuillets d’impôt des régimes enregistrés
  • Surveiller les débits des comptes clients et procéder aux liquidations, au besoin
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes en personne et avec les équipes externes afin de rehausser l’expérience client
  • Participer activement à l’évaluation de la pertinence des lignes directrices actuelles et aider à la mise à jour des renseignements sur le régime de souscription d’actions du service
  • Participer aux activités de formation, projets et initiatives internes qui lui sont attribués

  • Connaissance des produits enregistrés et du traitement de ceux-ci
  • Facilité à tisser des liens et volonté d’entretenir des relations à long terme
  • Capacité à exploiter la technologie pour améliorer l’expérience client
  • Pense de manière critique et fait preuve de discernement en servant les clients
  • Capacité de gérer un volume de travail élevé en faisant appel à ses compétences en matière de gestion de temps
  • Contribue à un moral positif et à un esprit d’équipe
  • Génère des résultats, fait preuve de résilience et d’adaptabilité

Aptitudes requises pour le poste

  • Au moins trois années d’expérience dans un contexte lié aux opérations, sur la plateforme des valeurs mobilières
  • Études postsecondaires en administration des affaires ou expérience équivalente
  • Réussite du CCVM ou du cours de l’IFIC, un atout
  • Connaissance des logiciels d’arrière-guichet pertinents en matière de valeurs mobilières, un atout
  • Excellente connaissance des applications de la suite Microsoft Office, principalement Word et Excel
