To learn more about Uptime Industrial and the core values that shape our company today, visit https://www.uptimeindustrial.com/about/ .About The RoleReporting to the Electrical Service Manager, the Service Electrician is responsible for executing personal work at a high level of quality and managing customer communication, personal and site safety, customer experience, and vendor relationships to ensure a high level of performance. Duties will range from planned work order execution to troubleshooting and repairs. You will be responsible for diagnosing and ensuring client concerns are resolved in a timely manner.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Travel to various customer sites to perform scheduled maintenance, respond to emergency calls, and troubleshoot equipment;Participate in the on-call rotation;Identify and recommend upgrades and services based on customer needs;Provide exceptional customer service skills, ensuring quality and expectations are met;Generate quotes for small repairs, services and minor projects;Complete daily equipment inspections, safety reports, timesheets, and Field Level Risk Assessments.What You BringThe ideal candidate is a dedicated professional who takes pride in representing a team of highly skilled tradespeople.
