Key ResponsibilitiesSet and execute the strategic direction and growth roadmap of the companyBuild and lead high-performing cross-functional teams with a culture of innovationOversee R&D and product innovation in cybersecurity and risk, cyber crisis, IR and compliance automationEstablish and maintain relationships with investors, partners, clients, and regulatorsLead the development of cybersecurity innovation, including risk and crisis management and incident response methodologiesSpearhead business development, M&A initiatives, and international expansionOversee governance, privacy law compliance (e.g., GDPR, NIST), and risk managementRepresent the company as a thought leader at global cybersecurity eventsOversee financial operations, including forecasting, resource allocation, and profitabilityDrive strategic content and roadmap, publish white papers, lead thought leadership, and establish industry credibilityEducationLaw degree (LL.
