As a Network, ATCs unlock greater opportunities and exponential value for our clients .**The value for our clients and our people:**For our clients, the Network provides the strength of our geographic diversity, greater resilience, and seamless access to the deepest industry knowledge, the latest in Gen AI solutions, and tech expertise from around the world.For our people, it brings an opportunity to shape truly boundaryless career paths in a highly collaborative team of experts where they can learn from each other and solve the world's most complex client challenges.**The Work:*** Lead and manage SAP Payroll workstreams, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for clients.* Coordinate with HR, finance, and IT teams to ensure a seamless payroll operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.* Oversee payroll data entry, validation, and reconciliation, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.* Monitor and resolve issues related to payroll processing, wage calculations, deductions, and statutory reporting.* Advise clients on SAP Payroll best practices, system configuration, and process optimization.* Prepare and analyze payroll reports, audits, and compliance documentation.* Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee satisfaction.* Mentor and coach payroll team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.* This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office. Preferred location Montreal, Canada.**Here's what you need:*** Bachelor's degree or college diploma in a related discipline.* Minimum 5 years of SAP Payroll experience, with expertise in payroll configuration, wage types, time management integration, statutory compliance, and reporting.* Proven experience leading payroll teams and managing deliverables in complex payroll environments.* Bilingual English/ French is required**Bonus Points If:*** You have experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or other cloud payroll solutions.* You know how SAP's payroll processes support business development and can help clients understand how SAP Payroll will help their company do more.* You have experience integrating SAP Payroll with HR, finance, and third-party systems.* You excel at managing and delivering payroll projects in a collaborative, problem-solving environment.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
