As a Network, ATCs unlock greater opportunities and exponential value for our clients.**The value for our clients and our people:**For our clients, the Network provides the strength of our geographic diversity, greater resilience, and seamless access to the deepest industry knowledge, the latest in Gen AI solutions, and tech expertise from around the world.For our people, it brings an opportunity to shape truly boundaryless career paths in a highly collaborative team of experts where they can learn from each other and solve the world's most complex client challenges.**The Work:*** Support the end-to-end SAP Payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution for clients.* Analyze payroll data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues related to wage calculations, deductions, and statutory compliance.* Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless payroll operations and data integrity.* Validate payroll inputs, process payroll runs, and perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy.* Prepare and review payroll reports, audits, and compliance documentation.* Assist in the configuration and maintenance of SAP Payroll systems, including wage types, schemas, and rules.* Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.* Provide support during payroll system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new functionalities.* This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office. Preferred location Montreal, Canada.**Here's what you need:*** Bachelor's degree or or college diploma in a related discipline.* Minimum 3 years of SAP Payroll experience, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.* Experience with payroll data validation, reconciliation, and statutory compliance.* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.* Bilingual English/ French is required**Bonus Points If:*** You have experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or other cloud payroll solutions.* You have supported payroll projects involving system upgrades or new implementations.* You have experience integrating SAP Payroll with HR, finance, and third-party systems.* You are skilled at identifying and implementing process improvements in payroll operations.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
