Customer Experience Associate – TD Securities Location: Saint‑Léonard, Quebec, Canada Hours: 15 hours per week Line of Business: Personal & Commercial Banking Pay: $22.50 – $28.33 CAD per hour (subject to variation based on experience and business needs) Job Overview In this role you will process financial transactions, understand customer needs, resolve concerns, promote banking solutions, and help build a positive work environment. Responsibilities Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments in accordance with operating procedures, regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions. Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non‑standard issues when necessary. Achieve business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and timely. Connect personally with customers to advise them clearly on solutions and processes. Support team effectiveness and contribute to a diverse and equitable workplace. Assist coworkers by staying dedicated and keeping the team updated on task status. Recommend operational improvements to drive operational excellence. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent; 1+ year of relevant experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent considered an asset. Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet use. Initiative, accuracy, and detail orientation in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a calm, courteous demeanor.
