Customer Experience Associate (Future Opportunities) – Montreal‑Est Join TD Securities as a Customer Experience Associate in Montreal–Est. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, processing financial transactions, and promoting TD Bank solutions. Job Description At TD Canada Trust, you’ll be part of the frontline customer service team, ensuring positive customer experiences and building lasting relationships with TD customers. You will perform a broad range of customer service transactions, provide information and advice on services, products, and solutions, and identify opportunities to promote banking products while maintaining a customer‑centric approach. Responsibilities Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) following TD's operating procedures, industry regulations and the TD Code of Conduct and Ethics. Determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions, exercising discretion with confidential matters. Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalating non‑standard activities when necessary. Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes promptly. Build a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment through teamwork and participation in performance development. Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone updated on routine activity status. Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements where opportunities exist. Qualifications High school diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset. Strong administrative, organizational, planning and time‑management skills for a fast‑paced environment. Hands‑on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage. Initiative, accuracy, and detail orientation to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities. Dynamic communication skills, both verbal and written, with a calm, courteous, and effective demeanor. Compensation Hourly rate: $22.50–$28.33 CAD per hour.
