Project Administrator – Technology & Operations Integration (34683) Join to apply for the Project Administrator – Technology & Operations Integration (34683) role at Myticas Consulting. Our Montreal based Finance client has recently completed the acquisition of another company and is mobilizing a Technology & Operations workstream to support integration activities. This workstream manages high‑volume, variable tasks requiring strong organization, responsiveness, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines. The Project Administrator will support onboarding/offboarding, event coordination, resourcing, invoicing, and general program administration under the supervision of the Delivery Lead. Key Responsibilities Onboarding & Offboarding Coordinate end‑to‑end onboarding/offboarding for EY and non‑EY resources. Prioritize urgent access requests, schedule provisioning, and support security checks. Ensure onboarding materials are up to date; respond to access, travel, and logistics questions. Event & Logistics Coordination Book rooms for client and EY travel events. Coordinate building access, Wi‑Fi, and guest registration for non‑EY participants. Program Administration Prepare weekly “Wins of the Week” updates. Support recognition initiatives and assist with status reporting. Resourcing & Invoicing Maintain accurate resourcing sheets, hour forecasts, and cost rates. Manage subcontractor invoice submissions and ensure timely, accurate delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications Administrative experience supporting multi‑team environments. Strong organizational and prioritization skills; ability to manage shifting workloads. Proficiency with Excel. Experience managing requests, tracking systems, and documentation. Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑up and communication skills. Bilingual (English & French) strongly preferred. Work Model Hybrid, based in Montreal.
