This role involves driving sales, building client relationships, and promoting our innovative insurance technology products and services. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant industry experience, deep understanding of the insurance sector, and fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to meet targets and grow our market presence in the MENA Region, Canada, and the USA.Identify and engage prospective clients in the insurance industry to understand their technical needs and challenges.Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to showcase our Insurtech solutions, effectively communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences.Collaborate with product development, marketing, and customer success teams to tailor solutions to client needs and market demands.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships and revenue growth.Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and suggest product improvements.Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts, negotiating terms to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.Provide post-sales support and ongoing account management for seamless implementation and retention.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and establish thought leadership.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields; MBA or equivalent is a plus.At least 5 years of proven experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within Insurtech or insurance industries.Deep knowledge of insurance operations, products, regulations, and market dynamics in the MENA Region, Canada, and the USA.Strong technical understanding with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Arabic and English; additional languages are a bonus.Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building successful client relationships.Self-motivated, results-driven, capable of working independently and in team environments.Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales tools.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.Additional DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Sales and Business DevelopmentIndustry: InsuranceReferrals can double your chances of interviewing at Trufla. #J-18808-Ljbffr
