What You’ll Bring To The Team 5+ years of administrative experience (ideally in a public accounting firm or professional services environment). A solutions focused mindset – you can take direction, anticipate needs and bring order to complexity. Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). Sharp attention to detail and a knack for keeping multiple deadlines on track. Professionalism, initiative, and the confidence to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to build strong working relationships and deliver tailored support by understanding the unique needs of each team member and client. A communication style that is clear, precise, and professional – building trust, ensuring accuracy, and representing the firm in a positive manner. How You’ll Support Our Professional Team Providing support to managers with client files – from requesting records and preparing invoices to coordinating year‑end packages and follow ups with clients. Managing day‑to‑day admin tasks – handling mail, inputting new clients, compiling reports and preparing expense submissions. Providing general admin support and coverage for other Admin Specialists.
