What is the opportunity? The RBC Dominion Securities branch in St. Catharines, ON is currently seeking an Associate to join an advisory team. By joining the team, you will help grow the business by providing exceptional and efficient service, handling administrative duties related to client accounts, and responding to client inquiries. What will you do? Provide professional service for incoming telephone and email contacts from clients, advisors, and other internal and external partners. Support the Investment Advisor with general administrative duties, client account management, and preparation of client reviews and presentations. Request information and documentation to open accounts and keep client files up to date. Execute client trades accurately, ensuring adherence to industry and company regulations. Follow up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery. Monitor pending transfers to ensure timely completion. Deliver superior client service experiences. Organize and execute client events. What do you need to succeed? Must‑have Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam, CIRE. Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills. Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time‑management skills. Demonstrated skills in providing world‑class client service—professional, warm, and friendly to clients. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Some marketing and training experience. Nice‑to‑have Previous banking or office work environment experience. CSC, CPH credentials.
