We are looking for a Finance Controller that is responsible for overseeing and reviewing the daily accounting operations of the team including preparation and review of ledger entries and reconciliations ensuring compliance with financial accounting policies and procedures and assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, as well as providing financial insights that contribute to the strategic decision-making process. In addition to financial accounting and reporting, the Finance Controller will oversee the accounting and administrative functions related to accounts receivable, merchant services, and cash management activities. This role involves direct supervision of accounting staff, fostering professional growth through mentorship, goal setting, and performance evaluations. The Senior Finance Controller will ensure the effective utilization of accounting systems, maintain internal controls to protect organizational assets, and support various revenue initiatives. Now, if you were to come on board as our Finance Controller, we’d ask you to do the following for us: Manage site finance team through full cycle accounting processes Provide accounting and financial analysis to ensure accurate financial statements within specific deadlines Ensure all financial-related contractual obligations for clients are being achieved Review all clients reporting/invoices accurately and promptly Review balance sheet analysis Answer queries for and support Operations Management and Sr. Management Address queries from internal and external auditors and the client Ensure operations adheres to company policies Think you have what it takes to be our Finance Controller?
