Our Sales Development Representatives act as the initial point of contact and are responsible for hunting and qualifying leads to build sales opportunities for the team.This position is not for an existing vacancy.What You’ll DoSource new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreachQualify prospects through consultative selling while leveraging BANT criteriaGrow top of sales funnel through warm and cold outbound campaignsResearch companies and add prospects to our outbound listMaintain accurate client relationship data within SalesforceWhat You\'ll NeedMust be based in Ontario and within the Greater Toronto AreaExpectation of at least three days per week in Toronto office spaceStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent listening skills and energetic phone presenceHigh level of comfort with sales, prospecting and marketing tools & processesDedication to tracking and improving performance and efficiency on a daily basisDeep interest in understanding business challengesSense of entrepreneurship: a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processesNice to HavesPrior experience with customer-facing and/or sales rolesPrior CRM experience (preferably Salesforce)Experience with financial services salesExperience at a high-growth startupAbility to understand financial servicesBachelor’s degree from a four-year universityCAN NoticesRamp Business Corporation is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
