Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support in building, developing, and facilitating campus recruitment programs, ATS system reporting and analytics, overflow administrative support for the Talent Acquisition team, and vendor and project coordination. In-office expectations: This is a hybrid role requiring 1–2 days per week in the Burnaby, BC office. Vacancy status: This posting is for an existing position. What You’ll Do Support the business with planning, organizing, facilitating, and reporting for Ontario campus recruitment programs and career fairs. Manage the national campus calendar and support BC Talent Advisors by supplying materials, tools, and reporting for local engagements. Support the development of the employer value proposition (EVP) for campus recruitment and manage related communications. Manage social media plans and activity related to recruitment initiatives. Build and manage relationships with schools and vendors. Oversee and ensure Talent Acquisition metrics are tracked, recorded, and accurately reflected in TA reports. Support TA report development and respond to ad hoc reporting and presentation requests. Act as a TA team subject matter expert for ATS system support. Develop and enhance reporting capabilities. Provide recruitment support to the TA team, including candidate communication, scheduling, pre-screening, and other recruitment cycle activities as needed. Coordinate national TA meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow-up items. Liaise and coordinate with job board and social media vendors (updates, inquiries, training). Support and coordinate TA projects and other ad hoc HR projects as needed. Support change management plans and communications as required. What You'll Bring 1–4 years of corporate and/or campus recruiting experience. Union & health care experience is preferred. Completed post-secondary education; HR designation completed or in progress is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and customer-centric approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong analytical, judgment, and problem-solving skills. Previous ATS experience is considered an asset. Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills. Why Join Us? What We Offer Salary range: $56,600 - $72,200 CAD annually (commensurate with experience) LifeLabs’ compensation programs are commensurate based on the role, skill, effort, responsibility and working conditions, irrespective of gender, race, ethnicity, beliefs, age or any other personal characteristics.
