Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound customer requests with professionalism
• Ensure accurate order entry and delivery coordination
• Conduct proactive calls for order confirmations
• Resolve customer concerns with a solution-focused mindset
• Recommend value-added product alternatives to clients
Requirements:
• Degree preferred or equivalent customer service experience
• Proficient in both English and French communication
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Utilize your bilingual skills to make a significant impact on Metrie's customer service experience.
